Water Curtain
Wet Wall Booths
ADFC Wet Wall Extraction Booths provide a continuous water-washed extraction barrier designed specifically to capture hazardous respirable crystalline silica (RCS) and heavy stone dust.
ADFC Wet Wall extraction booths provide a continuous water-washed extraction barrier for stone cutting, engineered quartz masonry, marble grinding, and composite trimming.
Dust-laden air is drawn toward a vertical stainless steel water curtain where particulate matter is wetted and flushed into a lower settling tank. By trapping silica dust instantly in liquid slurry, the risk of airborne inhalation is eliminated, fully satisfying Safe Work Australia and state WHS silica regulations.
- 100% capture of respirable crystalline silica particles directly at the operator workface
- Continuous cascading stainless steel water curtain ensures the backplate remains self-cleaning
- Heavy-duty grade 304 or 316 stainless steel construction for complete corrosion protection
- Closed-loop water recirculation sump with quick-clean sediment trays minimizes water usage
100% Silica Wetting
Safe Work Australia WHS Compliant
