Fume Extraction Systems
Centralized & Mobile Filtration

Fume Extraction
Systems

High-efficiency centralized and mobile filtration plants engineered for multi-station welding bays, automated robotic welding cells, and plasma/laser cutting tables.

Equipped with nano-fiber flame-retardant cartridge filters, automated reverse pulse cleaning, and built-in spark arrestor baffles, our systems achieve 99.97% particulate capture down to 0.3 microns. Optional secondary HEPA H13 filtration allows safe clean-air workplace recirculation.

  • Automated reverse pulse compressed air cleaning
  • Inertial spark arrestor dropout baffles for fire safety
  • Variable speed EcoFlow fans for multi-bay demand control
  • Compliant with Safe Work Australia Workplace Exposure Standards (WEL)
Fume Arms
Source Capture Extraction

Evolution
Fume Arms

Self-supporting, 360-degree articulated extraction arms designed for effortless one-handed positioning directly over welding arcs, grinding benches, and chemical workstations.

Engineered with external parallelogram friction joints to prevent internal airflow restriction and dust accumulation, our arms provide flexible reach from 2.0m to 8.0m with integrated throttle dampers and optional hood task lighting.

  • External friction joints with smooth unobstructed internal airflow
  • Wall-mounted, bench-mounted, or overhead crane boom reaches (2m–8m)
  • Aerodynamic capture hood with built-in airflow damper and handle
  • ATEX / IECEx certified models available for explosive solvent zones
Industrial Spraybooths
Paint & Coating Ventilation

Industrial
Spray Booths

Turnkey industrial paint, polyurethane, and powder coating spraybooths engineered to eliminate explosive volatile organic compound (VOC) concentrations and paint overspray.

Custom-built in open-face, semi-downdraft, and full downdraft configurations, ADFC spraybooths strictly adhere to Australian Standard AS/NZS 4114 with certified non-sparking exhaust fans, multi-stage dry filtration or water wash curtains, and explosion-proof lighting.

  • Strict compliance with AS/NZS 4114 (Spray Painting Booths)
  • Dry accordion paper filtration or self-cleaning water wash curtains
  • Zone 1 / Zone 2 certified non-sparking centrifugal exhaust fans
  • Custom dimensions for cabinetry, joinery, automotive, and heavy machinery
Workplace Health & Safety

Safe Work Australia Compliance
& LEV System Design

Industrial fumes contain carcinogenic hexavalent chromium, manganese, ozone, and toxic isocyanates. ADFC designs local exhaust ventilation according to ACGIH Industrial Ventilation Manual specifications.

Welding Fume WEL Compliance

Meets the revised Safe Work Australia 8-hour workplace exposure limit (WEL) of 1 mg/m³ for welding fumes (reduced from 5 mg/m³).

AS/NZS 4114 Certified Booths

Complete structural and airflow certification for flammable solvent atmospheres, including interlocked spraygun purges and airflow safety switches.

Source Capture Velocity

Guaranteed minimum capture velocity of 0.5 to 1.0 m/s at the point of fume generation, preventing thermal plume dispersal into breathing zones.
